About Waukesha Plumbing – My name is Dave Treutelaar and I am the owner of Waukesha Plumbing. I started my company in 2006, just as the economy started to go down hill and I witnessed the plumbing industry quality start to drop dramatically. It seemed that no one cared about how long something would last as long as it was the lowest price. It was then I realized there was a market in going after the customers who make their decisions based on value instead of just price alone. Anyone can be the lowest price – just hire the cheapest labor you can find and shop for the cheapest priced parts. However creating true value for the customer is much more difficult.

Value to me means the best bang for the buck. It is using quality parts that are well built to last and using installation methods that will remain solid for a lifetime. My philosophy has always been to spend a bit more for quality now in order to save money down the road. I am proud to say that 95% of all my business comes from referrals and repeat customers. To me that says it all. I don’t want to be your plumber for a day or just one project, I want to be your plumber for a lifetime.
