How does this work/ What's your process?
- Contact us via phone, text or fill out the form to schedule a quick call back.
- I generally need 2 pictures (text message or uploaded to the form) – 15’ away, floor to ceiling shot & a close up of the serial number sticker.
- I will replay with a fixed price for the options available
- If accepted I typically show up Same day or next day depending on scheduling
Is there a warranty on your work?
On top of the warranty that already comes with a new water heater, I personally guarantee my replacement work for 1-year, parts and labor included.
What's the average life span of a water heater?
The average life of a water heater is 8-12 years. If your heater has any problems and is over 8 years old, trying to repair it is likely a waste of money costing you $400 to repair a water heater that could start leaking again next week.
Is changing a leaky water heater messy?

Will you show up on time?
An arrival window is always given. I give text updates through out the day if that time changes. When your the next job and I’m on my way I text with an exact arrival time.
